Keep your websiteworking andmoving forward.
Websites need attention after launch. We help keep the platform maintained, handle changes, troubleshoot problems, and turn the next round of priorities into work that gets done.
Two kinds of help
Maintenance keeps it running. Improvement moves it forward.
Maintenance
Keeping the site healthy and secure.
- Updates and backups
- Monitoring
- Troubleshooting
- Hosting coordination, where contracted
Ongoing improvement
The next round of work, prioritized.
- New pages and content changes
- Feature work and UX improvements
- Integrations
- Prioritized technical work
How it works
Clear on what’s covered.
- Intake and prioritizationOne place to send requests, and an agreed way to decide what goes first.
- An agreed cadenceMonthly planning or another rhythm that fits how your team works.
- Ownership and accessClear on who holds accounts, hosting and domains.
- What’s includedWritten down, so nobody guesses where maintenance ends.
- How extra work is scopedLarger requests get their own estimate before they start.
- Documentation and handoffNotes that let you, or another provider, pick things up.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually. We start with a review of the platform, hosting and code so we know what we’re inheriting, then agree on what’s covered.
Is hosting included?
Only when it’s part of the agreement. We can coordinate with your existing host or manage hosting where that makes sense.
How do requests get prioritized?
Together. We keep one list, agree on what matters most, and plan the work on the cadence we set up.
Are new features included?
Small changes can be part of ongoing improvement. Larger features are scoped and estimated on their own before work begins.
What happens if we move providers?
You keep your accounts, and we hand over documentation and access so the next team can continue.
