How a project runs

Discover. Design.
Develop. Deploy.

  1. Discover

Goals, audiences, content and the systems behind the site. We agree on priorities before anything gets designed.

  2. Design

Structure first, then the look. Wireframes, page concepts and a component system you review while it takes shape.

  3. Develop

Built on the platform that fits: WordPress, Webflow or custom. Reusable components, integrations and QA in sprints.

  4. Deploy

Content migrated, redirects mapped, analytics checked, team trained. Launch is a checklist, not a leap.

  5. Support

We build, stabilize and refine. Maintenance plus the next round of improvements, on a plan you can see.

/about

The people you meet are the people doing the work.

Codified is small on purpose: senior attention, fewer handoffs, and no layer of account managers between you and the people building your site.

Meet the team
  • A senior lead, start to finishThe person shaping the work is the person you talk to.
  • A plan you can seeA working timeline, not one trapped in a slide deck.
  • Decisions in writingScope and priorities agreed before work starts, revisited when things change.
  • Still here after launchWe build, stabilize and refine. Launch isn’t the finish line.

How we pitch

We’d rather show you than tell you.

Our proposals are usually working pages, not slide decks: your project, your constraints, and how we’d approach it, laid out so you can click through it before you commit.

Client perspective

“Not only are they experts on everything related to websites, SEO and digital marketing, but they are excellent communicators and project managers. I trust them completely and am very grateful for our partnership with Codified.”

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you improve the site we already have?

Usually, yes. Plenty of our work starts with a site that mostly works. We audit it, fix what’s holding it back, support it month to month, or rebuild only the parts that need it. We’ll tell you what’s worth keeping.

What platforms do you build on?

Mostly WordPress and Webflow, plus custom builds when the job calls for one. We also work inside HubSpot, WooCommerce and whatever runs behind your site. The platform follows the requirements, not our habits.

Who writes the content?

You, your agency, or us, depending on the project. We map structure and page needs early so content never becomes the thing that delays launch.

Can you work with our agency or internal team?

Yes. We work alongside agency teams and in-house marketers and agree on who owns what before work starts. How agency partnerships work.

What happens after launch?

We train your team and hand over what they need to run the site. If you want us to stay on, maintenance and ongoing improvement are scoped separately so nobody guesses what’s included. Website support.

How are scope and pricing set?

By the work: content volume, integrations, migration, requirements, timeline and what happens after launch. After a first conversation we recommend an approach and a scope to match it.
